We are starting where YOU are.

Whether you haven’t exercised in years or you’re just getting back into movement, our progressive 8-week  5K training plan will safely and confidently take you from walking… to completing 3.1 miles.

No intimidation.

 Lean Queens on the Run Virtual 5K

At the end of 8 weeks, you won’t just “hope” you stayed consistent.

You will:

  • Complete a 5K (walk, jog, or run)

  • Experience the joy of finishing strong

  • Celebrate with other Lean Queens who trained alongside you

  • Prove to yourself that you can do hard things — peacefully


 Daily Accountability Buddy

You won’t be doing this alone.

Each client is matched with a daily accountability buddy — someone who checks in, cheers you on, and walks this journey with you.

Because consistency grows in community.


Weekly Check-Ins (During Our Live Classes)

Every week inside our regularly scheduled sessions, we:

  • Celebrate wins

  • Troubleshoot challenges

  • Reinforce mindset shifts
