Our Rare Faith Programs Facilitator Development path will assist you in leading others in the Rare Faith principles—at your own pace, on your own time, and with full support, mentorship, and community.
This opportunity is for those who feel called to guide small groups through our programs, or to contribute to the Rare Faith community in other meaningful ways. You can reach the training milestones on your own time, at your own pace, and in whatever seasons work for you. Rare Faith Program Facilitators are independent contractors who bear the responsibility of putting on their own successful events and do not work as employees of our company.

A simple three-step overview of how to begin your facilitator journey.
Step 1 – Meet the pre-requisites
🔹 Complete any format of Genius Bootcamp
🔹 Complete Guided Mindset Mastery with Honors. (With a Guide, or with Leslie)
Step 2 – Apply & enroll
🔹 Submit the Facilitator Program Application
🔹 If accepted, sign the License & NDA
🔹 Pay for Facilitator Training or start a pay plan
Step 3 – Traverse the four Arcs (below)
🔹 From orientation, to skill development, apprenticeship, leadership, and beyond... complete the required coursework and any of the related optional trainings you choose, at your own pace.

Overview
Your facilitator development unfolds along four organic "Arcs" (n. A distinct segment of a longer journey that follows a meaningful curve of development). Some of these arcs will happen early, some later, and some will repeat as you continue to deepen your skills and gain experience. The following graphic outlines the purpose of each:
Orientation & Core Lessons
Complete your online lessons, write your articles, explore the facilitator portal, and prepare your mindset for the path ahead.
Skill Development & Certification
Deliver a mock Genius Bootcamp, pass off the Mindset Mastery proficiency skills, and secure your facilitator certification.
Apprenticeship & Perspective
Join Founder’s Odyssey with Leslie for 12 mos (included),
experience the format, and begin leading your own groups.
Leadership, Stewardship, & Growth
Renew license annually, participate in monthly training, contribute to the community, and use our optional trainings to fill your classes with confidence.
